On October 31, the development company NEXT will present its latest project Tbilisi Oriental by NEXT. The project, designed in a modern HighTech architectural style, is located in one of Tbilisi’s historic districts, Ortachala.
The architectural concept was developed by Spectrum, an international architecture firm founded in Georgia. Tbilisi Oriental marks the sixth successful collaboration between NEXT and Spectrum.
