How Georgia’s Tourism Boom Supports Next’s Vision for the Future

This renewed tourism momentum is also creating new opportunities for the real estate development sector. Next has been actively involved in tourism and investment projects across Georgia in recent years. The company is changing its strategy to match these market conditions. It aims not only to develop real estate but also to create multifunctional spaces that combine tourism and investment, from centrally located branded residences in Tbilisi to beachfront hotel-apartment complexes in Batumi.

The sector’s fast growth and ongoing diversification confirm that tourism in Georgia has become more dynamic and competitive in 2025 than ever before.
