August is full of exciting news and successful projects in the Next group. On August 16, our completed project Next Green in Makhinjauri was officially presented. Residents of Next Green and representatives of Next Group attended the event.

Next Green is a premium class aparthotel located in Makhinjauri, one of the greenest, ecologically clean and infrastructurally developed spots near Batumi. The aparthotel is equipped with a full package of international standard services and every other necessity. Natural environment, green yard and terrace, pool, children's area, comfortable parking and most importantly, 24/7 reception service are only a small part of the comprehensive list of project advantages.
The construction started in 2020 and as scheduled was fully handed over in August 2022.
